A DegreeC Return Materials Authorization (RMA) allows customers to return defective sensor(s), instrument(s), or controller(s) to DegreeC for repair or replacement. Whether you require repairs to your existing products or full replacement, we understand that time is an important factor. Typical turnaround time for an RMA from receipt of product is 5 days, ensuring minimal downtime for you.
